Daylight savings time kicks in again, so we take advantage of the late afternoon light on an overcast day to see what my old D40 entry-level DSLR can do on Auto setting.  Too busy to fool with the dial and settings while I chase kids, T-Balls, Ducks, and Dogs around.  Well so I thought, but I had a chance to shoot a few with a variety of Aperture settings, and a few on Landscape scene mode.  As to the latter, I continue to find on 4 different cameras that the Auto setting does as well or better as scene settings most of the time.  All said, a pleasant outing once again at Community Park.  So glad it's just a mile from my house!
